How to Get Started
-
Eye tracking exam and mini-insight assessments are good tools to help us see if this could benefit you. I do this first to see if it would be a good investment or your time, energy and resources.
The eye-tracking exam is something we can do together. It gives us a great baseline to start from and let’s us see how your cerebellum and eyes communicate. It gives us a snapshot into the functioning of your cerebellum.
-
This plan will be based on your insight assessment and further customized everyday based on how you rate its difficulty. This allows the program to fine tune to meet your specific needs. You will retake the assessment every 30 days to see yourself improve.
-
As you progress, your skills will increase over time. These areas of great struggle can become easier. The best news is that you don’t do these exercises forever. Typically 6 months-1 year is all it takes to hardwire these connections.
